Research of the effect of organomineral fertilizers (OHM) (10 and 20 %) and manure (20 t/hа) on enzymes activity of both classes oxidoreductases and hydrolases has shown increase of urease activity and humification conditional factor (polyphenol oxidases and peroxidases ratio). Application of the OHM considerably raises the contents of both carbon-, and nitrogen-containing organic substance. Application of the OHM versus manure (with feeding rate 20 t/hа) and fertilizers produced by chemical activation of phosphorites is more effective, and ecologically safer.
