New highly effective non-conventional and non-polluting waterproof materials were developed. They are the simple mechanical mixes consisting of any local soil (fine gravel, sand, sandy loam, light loam), new polymineral composite “KAVELAST” (activated polyelectrolyte bentonite) and water. These materials are radiation, chemical and temperature resistant, durable and placeable. Manufacturing of these materials and their usage is very simple. Application of these materials reduces expenses to 30 - 40 %.
