Due to the different types of synoptical processes the transregional transfer of harmful substances to the Astrakhan region from the neighbor regions was possible. The throwing down of plants and transport of Astrakhan had the local character, excluding the AGPZ, the harmful substances of which transfer to the neighbor regions.
