Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back Improvement for the account of the data of monitoring of atmospheric air, superficial waters and soils pollution for effective organization of nature conservation activity Dzhangirov D.A The condition of atmospheric air, superficial waters and soils is considered in the Russian Federation in 2002 year. The current tendencies of pollution of environment abiotic components are analysed, including as a result of emergency emissions and effluents. The structure of the State observation network is considered. The primary goals for improvement of the state monitoring of pollution of environment components are formulated on the basis of the advanced foreign and international experience, development of normative-legal bases, strengthening of technical and financial base, improvement of interindustrial and inter-regional interaction.
