The brief review on piezosensor application in organic pollutants monitoring is resulted, advantages and lacks, modes and conditions of piezosensors functioning are specified. Simple (easily sold in laboratory conditions) and also hi-tech ways of piezosensor modification are considered. Effective and perspective reception materials for piezosensor modification allowing developing of prototypes of the multitouch analyzer such as «electronic nose» are marked.
