The possibility of determination to 30 chemical elements from one sample by the method of instrumental activation analysis is shown on the basis of experimental studying of time factors of the analysis and choice of optimal volumes of the analyzed water. The enrichment coefficient and coefficient of water migration of chemical elements in the Southern Aral area natural water are calculated.
