A complex inspection (cytogenetic and genetic-biochemical) of children born during 1982-2000 year is carried out that live in the territories polluted by radionuclides with the density 15 Ku/km2 on 137Cs (a town Novozibkov and Novozibkov district of the Bryansk region). The examinated children showed an enhanced level of radiation-induced chromosome aberration, sister chromatid exchanges in limphocytes, peculiarities in individual heterogosity of genes encoding structural and enzyme blood proteins. The result of genetic monitoring carried out provide evidence for the system character of disgenomic effects in somatic cells of a children growing organism exposed to a small doses of low-intensity radiation.
