Radioactive Cs-137 and Sr-90 are one of general dose formative isotopes in biocenosis, polluted by radionuclids, as a result of accident on Chernobyl"s APS. The materials about accumulation and distribution of these isotopes in populations of bank vole and field mouse was collected on these two experimental plots, which are situated in 3:4 km (Izumrudnoe) and in 37:40 km (Oranoe) from Chernobyl"s APS. The material has been picked from 1988 till 1992 year. 768 metrologies Cs-137, 104 - Sr-90 of accumulation were made. The accumulation of radionuclids in rodents, trapped on the same plot, could vary more then in 120 times. Some regularities in accumulation of radionuclids by rodents according to year and season were determined.
