Vindication of the gravitational technology of technogenic ferriferous waste processing of jsc olkon |

Results of researches of material composition of a technogenic ferriferous waste of JSC Olkon, on which basis the gravitational circuit design of their rehash is developed are resulted. It is shown, that with decrease of coarseness of a material the magnetite and hematite maintenance increases and that in joints with ore minerals in large fractions the quartz considerable quantity contains. Basic possibility of reception from a waste saleable iron-ore concentrate containing over 66 % Fe with recovery being equal to 50 %. Such indexes of waste treatment are provided by introduction of operations of spiral separation with receiving rough iron concentrate. Further the separation of this concentrate is realized on the table concentrator. The further increase of extraction is connected with ensuring of opening of ore minerals joints in the industrial products of screw separation and concentration on a table concentrator that is reached by rod mill use.
