On the basis of known results of researches on dependence of aerosol flux of auto transport it is possible to predict the potential capabilities of existing roads. It is shown, that the procedure of linear programming may be applied for opti-mization of diurnal work regime of city auto transport taking into consideration the limitations applied on total aerosol emissions to atmosphere.
