ECOLOGICAL EXPERTISE AND ITS ROLE IN THE ASSESSMENT OF INDICATORS AND PROPERTIES OF FOOD PRODUCTS |

Modern ecology is a whole complex of theoretical and applied disciplines, one of which is the "Ecological expertise of food products". The health of the population and the preservation of the gene pool are largely determined by the quality and safety of food raw materials and food products, the task of which is to check the compliance of the ingredients included in them with the current permits. Ecological expertise of food products is a system of comprehensive assessment of the level of possible negative impacts on the environmental quality of goods, as well as an adequate analysis of their quality in the process of their extraction, production, processing, storage, transportation and consumption. The article deals with issues related to the prevention of possible negative natural and anthropogenic impacts on biological products, their structure and properties, international legislative acts (Codex Alimentarius) and the basics of the regulatory framework for environmental expertise in the Russian Federation; the HACCP system.
