Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back GROWING OF TOPINSUNFOOWER WITH USING OF NANOTECHNOLOGY FOR THE INCREASING OF INULIN CONTAINING A.A. Korakhashvili, N.K. Chankvetadze The results of complex agrotechnological and biochemical studies of the hybrid culture topinsunfl ower, its yield of green mass and tubers with using of nano preparations, their energy and nutritional value, as well as the content of inulin in topinsunfl ower tubers, its dynamics depending on the growing technology are presented. It is shown that the nutritional value of topinsunflower tubers is due to the high content of functional macro and micronutrients in inulin, pectin substances of dietary, long fibers and mineral elements, which determines the prospects for using topinsunfl ower as a raw material for the production of physiologically valuable products and insulin.
