The results of the obtaining method research of fatty acids from wastes of alkalin purification of oils are considered. The ways of its improvement which allow to reduce the expenditure of the raw and to improve the quality of the product are revealed. Parameters of new resource-saving method of fatty acids production are formulated. The results of wastes composition and qualities research and investigation of its utilization ways are considered. The technological scheme of the improved way of fatty acids production including two-staged decomposition of soap stocks and the following process of wastes is given.
